Checking in was difficult. You can't enter the property from the street but you have to be able to identify the property from the alley which didn't show a house number. There was no mention of having to climb a flight of stairs to get to the door and bringing my heavy luggage upstairs was hard. Then, we believed that all six of us would be in the same rental. There were actually two separate rentals with separate codes. We had to phone and get the correct code for our side and we learned that when we touched the keyless entry to get it to light up, it assumed that the "touch" was entering a number and we couldn't get the door to open and needed help from a live body. It was problematic for us, though our fault. The windows wouldn't stay open all the way and it was hot! The location was perfect and we did appreciate having parking. Thanks for having ice cubes ready!
