Nice apartment in a-non touristy part of town, but close to the station and the water buses. It’s in a modern building with good elevators and access is easy.

Great apartment that is close to Venice train station. Great air conditioning and washer/dryer for the summer. The apartment is just the right size for a short stay.

AC remote control was removed from room and Host would not allow us to use AC. The apartment was extremely small, fitting our small group was rough - I wouldn’t suggest anymore than 3 adults. There is also no living area to relax. Compared to other properties we stayed in around Venice, this was by far the worst. I’d suggest looking around for other properties.

Great Location/Bad Odor

We loved the stay and although we made a mistake regarding our departure date all was smooth. The only complaint was a urine like smell that permeates the unit. Windows open seemed to help this and we would suggest doing the same. The air conditioning unit rattles and could easily be fixed. Communication was excellent.

Close Yet Far From The Maddening Crowds

Great location because you leave the chaos of the train station, walk a short distance and turn down an alley and it gets very quiet and peaceful. The place had plenty of space for the five of us, with three bedrooms, one with bunk beds. Good AC and Wi-Fi. Also a washer and dryer were a big plus. Met all our needs! Communication was excellent as well.

Close to trains and river, but quiet and secluded

The property was clean and well kept - and included amenities you don't normally find like a washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. The property is a short walk from the train station, so don't bother with a porter. But do stop for lunch at any of the 3 restaurants in the alley - they were all different but fantastic! The apartment is quiet, so you'll sleep well, but still close to everything (gondola, shopping, water taxi, car rental, etc). It was a wonderful place that we (including my wife and 3 teen daughters) all loved
