-Beaches & Downtown — Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Sharky’s Pier are just a 5–10 minute drive (2.5 miles). Downtown Venice’s shops, restaurants, and farmers market are equally close.
-Groceries & Essentials — Publix and Detwiler’s Farm Market are under 5 minutes away. CVS and Walgreens are nearby as well.
-Biking — The home is near The Legacy Trail, a scenic bike path that runs all the way to Sarasota. Bring your bikes or rent locally for easy coastal cruising.
-Parking — Free garage and driveway parking are included. There’s also safe, quiet street parking if needed.
-Rideshare — Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for airport runs or evenings out.
-Airports — Sarasota-Bradenton (SRQ) is about 35 minutes away. Tampa International (TPA) is 75–90 minutes.

-Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. This is strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
-No shoes in the home.
-No parties or events are allowed. If evidence of a party is found a $550 fee will be assessed.
-If pets are brought there we be an additional fee of $150 added.
-NO FIREWORKS.
-The garage is intended only for storage of your luggage and things. Parking or driving your vehicle in the garage is prohibited. A $500 penalty will be accessed.
-Only registered guests may be on the property including in the backyard.
Extra guests will be charged at $50 per person per night.
-Booking guest must be at least 23 years old and must accompany the booking party at all times.
--Check-in time 4:00 PM.
--Check-out time 11:00 AM.
-Please put all trash in the garbage can outside. Garbage & Recycle gets picked up on Tuesday and Thursday morning, please put the trash can out to the curb.
-Absolutely no smoking on the property (including vape). If evidence of either is found you will be charged a $550 fine.
-Remote controls for all of the ceiling fans in the house are located through out the house. If lost or broken replacement cost is $150 per remote control. (please place them back where found.)
-Damages are subject to the cost of repair or replacement.
-If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
