I was Chuck’s first guest after renovations to his condo after the hurricanes of a couple years ago. He bent over backwards to make sure the condo was ready for my arrival and even sent some supplies from Amazon while I was staying there. The condo is very nicely appointed with everything guests need. I mentioned a couple of very minor items to him at the end of my stay and he has already fixed them. And what what the listing says about location is absolutely true. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach. I found so many pretty shells while I was there that I could not even take them all home. I highly recommend this rental!

Quick stay in Venice

We stayed in the studio apartment for 3 nights. It was very clean. The 2 minute walk to the beach is about a 1/3 of a mile, down a long parking area. It was quite toasty to walk there. If you have difficulty walking, you may drive down to a guest spot a little closer. Pool was clean and enjoyable. Chuck was very responsive to our input, as the towels were clean but well worn. He was in the process of replacing them. Overall a good location, but you do not see the beach and you do need to drive, especially if walking is hard for you.

The property is beautiful and very accommodating. As was the host. Very helpful and informative. Unfortunately we got caught in Hurricane Debby, it was a little stressful but our host was with us via text/calls the whole entire time. He made everything so easy and we couldn’t be happier with him. We decided to stay a few extra days due to the hurricane and not wanting to travel during the crazy weather and thankfully the host was able to accommodate our needs!!! Honestly I wish the host owned more properties along this coastline (we try to visit a different spot each year, just to keep it interesting) just so we could rent from him again. He provided a 10/10 experience.

Chuck had great communication- The location was great; we enjoyed the sunsets and the large Olympic sized pool. If you want a good local breakfast spot, there is a cute cafe at the small local airport that was wonderful!

It’s a nice small space that’s close to the beach. Clean, cool, easy parking. Nice place that was close to the beaches we wanted to visit. We found shark teeth on this beach and on Caspersen beach which is 3 miles south. Lots of shells collected at Pass a grille and Sanibel. Great Italian food in Venice!

SUPER CUTE!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute little room! Looks just like it's pictured online. The beach was amazing, just a short walk to paradise! This condo location could not be better!! A very short 3 minutes drive to downtown Venice for dinner and shopping. Three minutes the other way and you are at beautiful Venice Pier! Communication with owner was quick and easy! I text him a question about the door lock, and he proceeded to call me within two minutes! Highly recommend a stay here!!

Perfect area

This was our 1st time visiting Venice Beach. The location was perfect! We loved that the beach was used only by the residents, it made it more relaxing, which is exactly what we were looking for. Short drive to the pier, and downtown. The studio was the perfect size. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Definitely a great find!
