The beautiful Venice beach is just minutes below and the sunsets are spectacular and unique every night. Walking distance to the Jetty, Restaurants, Yacht Club, Freedom Boat Club, Venice Youth Boating and sailing, bike & kayak rentals, and much more. This 2 bedroom includes a King Suite with ensuite and a queen suite with ensuite and bonus twin bed. A Cabinet Bed in the living room under the TV holds a queen-size memory foam mattress. Beach Views from every window. High-speed wireless internet, smart TVs, and digital cable are provided in the living room and both suites. Six Beach Chairs and Two Umbrellas are provided.  This is a once in a lifetime view!

Yes Joey was wonderful…the weather was not the same, broke records back to1970’s…….an we did have some BIG issues with the elavator..ONLY 1 work, an at times zero worked..7th floor is a big hike with groceries…..ALSO there was multiply fire alarm problems , as we had to evacuate at 4:30 am with temp being was 38 degree, lucky NO fire but did go off 2 more times SO attention needs to happen to the building..Amenities in condo were very updated..!! Lots of good cooking pot & Pans crock pots etc…View was awesome boats & gulf water Hurricane damage ,to beaches are still not fix….
