Completely renovated, in a 17th century palace, has been furnished with designer furniture, by a well-known Venetian architect.

We loved this place. It was small, but perfectly lad out with everything we needed, and very clean. The lication was great - easy to get to ths action but also on a small, quiet square that let you get some peace from the crowds.

The location was fantastic. Everything we needed was nearby. There was a gondola stop right out of the front door a laundromat literally steps away, which is very convenient. One of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten at ristorante di Rimo and centrally located to every place that we wanted to explore. Also, it was only .20 miles from where we needed to pick up our water taxi to take us to the airport. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants an amazing Venetian experience.

Corner apartment, canals directly on 2 sides, steps away from a church built in the 1480s. In the mix of things but not in an overly busy area. It was clean with a smooth check in/check out process. If it is available, highly recommend booking.

Wonderful & Relaxing

Property was perfect. Very accommodating host, we arrived at 9pm and was met by the property manager and taken to the apartment. Not really a common area for sitting and such with others but we did not come to Venice to hang out inside. Great location near many charming Cafes and shops. Walk out the door and take a Gondola ride. Open the windows and hear the chatter of the cafe across the canal or gondola's going by your bedroom window. 5 minute or so walk to water transportation so access to outlying islands and other parts of Venice is no problem. No more than a 20 minute walk to major attractions and sites. I will be looking for this property when I return to Venice, hopefully it will be available.

brilliant location

Great location 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge and about 10 from St Marks Square. Took the water ferry from the airport to Fondamente Nove leaving us with just a 7 minute walk to the apt where we met Zelina who gave us all the info we needed for the apt and the area. Apartment is small for 3 people but it had everything we needed for our stay. It is so central you don't need to use the water buses which are very expensive. It is easy to walk everywhere in Venice from this location. Owner very responsive when contacted.

Lovely quiet, but convenient location

The air con was amazing and made a whole world of difference. Ground floor made it so easy to come and go. Beds were comfy and area very peaceful at night with little awareness of people outside in the day too. Only downside was the shower which blew hot and cold and wasn’t really Powerful enough from the main fitting. Kitchen generally well stocked but only 1 ‘normal’ size wine glass- the other was cracked. Lastly, enough soft seating for more than 2 people would be appreciated. The location was great! Near most things but still in a quieter square of Venice. Cute bar right across the bridge. Took a minute for me to relax at this place though. The kitchen sink and bathroom shower were rusty, the bedding was clean but the bed itself is super outdated and squeaks with every move, there’s a shower curtain over the cleaning supplies in the bathroom and everything looks dusty and dirty which doesn’t make you feel the best about sanitation for the place, basically no storage for belongings in the bathroom. Great AC units though!

Contemporary styled apartment in great area

We enjoyed staying in this clean and contemporary apartment located in a great area of Venice. It is located away from the very busy tourist hubs so we were able to experience Venice at its best. Easy to walk to most sights. There is not a lot of sitting area, but does have two comfortable bedrooms and a serviceable kitchen and eating area.

Loved the location in Venice. So charming and apartment is literally on the water. Furnishings were very shabby and beds must have been 30 years old. Very uncomfortable place and if a comfortable bed is important to you, don't select this apt. Asked host if we could store our luggage at apartment between check out and 3 pm, 4 hours. ( we would not have been in apartment while it was being cleaned). Host said no and storing luggage on Venice is difficult at best. We had to cancel our plans that day to babysit luggage. First time in 30 years using VRBO that I had a bad experience.
