Great location for Venice

Great location for getting to Venice - 10 min walk to train station and Venice is 1 stop away. Place is clean, host were awesome to deal but know that it is on the 3 rd floor with no elevator. Not an issue for us but anyone who doesn’t like stairs might not be ideal situation with luggage.

Great place, nice and modern

A great place, exactly as advertised. Cute place, we appreciated the design touches which made the place cozy and attractive. A very nice touch was that Alberto also left out a variety of typical Italian packaged snacks. Alberto was very responsive and helpful, including with recommendations for a delicious nearby restaurant (best tagliatelle we had in Italy!). A couple of notes for future visitors - the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator so avoid huge suitcases, parking is on-street and very convenient, and the air conditioning works very well in the main area but not only ok in the bedroom. We did not use the apartment as a base for Venice so can't comment on how that would work, but it worked great for Marco Polo airport.

Très bien

Appartement très propre, bien équipé et facile d'accès. Le bus pour Venise est au pied de l'immeuble, commerces à proximité également. A noter pour les personnes a mobilité réduite, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, l'appartement est à côté de l'autoroute et sur une rue très passante. Alberto nous a reçu très aimablement, nous le remercions pour ses conseils et pour les gourmandises à disposition. Petite remarque, les voisins du dessus étaient très bruyants, je ne sais pas si il s'agissait de touristes...

Ein schönes Appartement

Wir wurden von Alberto sehr freundlich begrüßt und fanden die Wohnung so, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt hatten, hübsch und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber gut isolierte Fenster und eine gute Klimaanlage ließen uns ruhig schlafen. Mit dem Bus direkt vor der Haustür waren wir in einer halben Stunde in Venedig. Andere Läden gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe.
