We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was convenient to shops and the vaporetto, so we were able to get around easily. Luca was there to let us in even though we came in rather late.

Lovely stay

Location was great! We were able to walk everywhere we wished to go from this location. Luca was pleasant with check in process, even showed us how to make coffee!

Great stay in Venice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Great location and easy check in process. The only issue is dealing with garbage at check out. Thank you for the great stay!

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of our favorite features was the private patio — it was perfect for relaxing in the morning or winding down in the evening. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to great shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in Venice

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is in an excellent location for exploring Venice. We enjoyed meeting Erika at check-in, who gave us lots of useful information for navigating the city. We would stay here again!

Very Well Located Vale and Quality Apartment

The apartment had everything we needed for our 4 days stay. It’s so close to the water bus a station, a large grocery and shops. Check-in and communication was a breeze! We would stay here again.

The apartment is spacious and the appliances (AC, fridge, etc) are in excellent working order. Very easy to communicate with the host and was very friendly. Very close to C’as d’Oro vaporetto stop and good dining.

Great stay in Venice

We stayed 3 nights at this property in Venice. The accomodations were as advertised. They were comfortable and check-in was easy. We were met at the property, given the keys and we paid the tourist taxes. The property is well located, within t minutes of Piazza San Marco and with quick access to the grand canal. It's also close to restaurants and a grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook a few meals during our stay.

Love this place in Venice!

Love this little apartment in Venice! What an amazing place and perfectly situated to explore all Venice has to offer. The host was very good at connecting with us to make sure we had a smooth check-in process and had a smart information booklet on the apartment and Venice. Can't wait to get another chance to visit!

The property was easy to find, an associate met us at the McDonalds. It’s very convenient to most everything and amazingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable; my only suggestion being to put a darker shade on the bedroom door that goes out to the courtyard. The upstairs apartment occupant turns a light on several times a night that kind of shines in your face. The couch in the living room was not comfortable to sit on though not a deal breaker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when we visit Venice again.

Charming Apartment in Heart of Venice

Conveniently located on a quiet street, this comfortable apartment (2 full bathrooms, air conditioning) with a well equipped kitchen and private garden with eating area is the perfect place to spend a few days or weeks in Venice. Check-in was very easy. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Amazing Location

The apartment was centrally located to water transportation and train station. All attractions were in ealking distance. Shops, restaurants and cafe's right around the corner. Great Irish Pub about 30 yards away. The Irish Pub also has locker storage for suitcases if needed. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Venice!

Couldn't have been better!

Everything in the description is 100% accurate. We stayed three nights with our adult daughter, who used the sofa bed in the kitchen/bedroom. It was cozy and comfortable. Each room has a door that closes, isolating any noise of the street (of which there was not much anyway). The washing machine, extra cabinet with dishes in the "living room" and the shelves of blankets, etc, make it seem like this would be ready to move in and live permanently We walked from the train station with luggage without issues. Took a guided tour to the Dolomites one day - beautiful and highly recommended!

Check in was very easy. Vaporetto from the train station and then a short walk to the apartment with no bridges to cross with luggage was a definite plus. We were greeted at the door and showed around the apartment. All messages were answered promptly. The owner also sent a very informative email prior to check in to advise of the local requirements for rubbish etc. It was not hard to take the rubbish to the closest collection point on the day we left. Close to many shops and restaurants but being a street back from the main area it was very quiet. Coop supermarket was also nearby to stock up on basics for breakfast. The location was perfect for us - quieter than the main San Marco area but still within an easy walk.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for a holiday stay and the added bonus was the use of a washing machine. We would highly recommend this property to stay in for a holiday in Venice.

Great location, comfortable apartment

The communication with the owner and property managers was great. We corresponded with three different people, all of whom were quick to respond, friendly and helpful. Re: property location. It was perfect. It's in a lively neighborhood with shops, a Coop supermarket, restaurants, and taverns. It's a 1 min walk to the vaporetto stop on the Grand Canale (you won't have to drag your luggage up and down stairs), 2 min walk to the gondole traghetto, and a 7 min walk to the vaporetto that goes to Murano/Burano. 15-20 min walk to major tourist sites. Re: apartment features/amenities (Meridiana apartment). Comfortable, clean and simple. It was nice to have fast, reliable internet and the terrace.
