Enjoy your private beach access, watch the glorious sunsets from the beach side gazebos or lounge in the large community pool. Property includes on site laundry facilities, grilling area, private parking spaces and fantastic fishing from the private beach. The unit features a small efficiency kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and a queen size murphy bed. This 240 sq. ft. Studio is exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, large screen TV with basic cable, Wi-Fi service and Roku TV. Walk, bike or drive to the charming historic Downtown Venice with great shopping, restaurants and a vibrant theater and arts scene. Sharky’s fishing pier takes you out about a quarter mile off the beach or you can catch the view from the 2 restaurants overlooking the Gulf.

Escape from WI winter

This studio was a great option for a long weekend. Has a view of the beach from the balcony and only steps away from the pool and short walk to the beach. It was perfectly stocked and felt very secure. We bought some food and drinks and were able to cook and brew a cup of coffee. Enjoyed how close it was to downtown, shopping and other beaches.
