Avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă  quelques reprises au Manoir. Dans les derniĂšres annĂ©es, l’état du complexe s’est beaucoup dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©. Le mobilier extĂ©rieur est dĂ©fraĂźchi ou brisĂ©, piscine et spa ne sont pas beaucoup entretenus. Les chambre sont propres et correctes mais des amĂ©liorations sont nĂ©cessaire. Le buffet dĂ©jeuner ne vaut pas le prix exigĂ©. Heureusement, le personnel est courtois et trĂšs serviable malgrĂ© tout. Ils sont peu nombreux pour donner un service Ă  ce niveau.

De base pour le prix.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons eu une belle expĂ©rience, mais l’air climatisĂ© ne fonctionnait pas durant la premiĂšre nuit elle elle Ă©tait vraiment pas forte les autres nuits. Aussi, la chasse d’eau Ă©tait brisĂ©e. L’hĂŽtel aurait besoin d’une mise Ă  jour. La piscine extĂ©rieur Ă©tait pleine de bibitte. Mon enfant c’est quand mĂȘme beaucoup amusĂ© et le dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait dĂ©licieux

The property is nice but the buildings need some TLC. Our AC unit made a very load knocking noise - not usable. I called the front desk for help and was told to turn it off. Fortunately, the evenings were cool enough to open the sliding door and cool the room. We were on a higher floor so I was too worried about safety. Not sure I would stay here again. The property and the surrounding area are beautiful.

L’accueil s’est bien dĂ©roulĂ© et rapidement. Le personnel est vraiment courtois et serviable. L’hĂ©bergement devient de plus en plus dĂ©suet, l’entretien de l’établissement n’est pas au rendez vous. Les installations (piscine et spas) sont ok sans plus. J’ai doutĂ© de la propretĂ© des spas. Le set up a l’extĂ©rieur avec la petite plage et le lac est trĂšs bien. Par contre les embarcations auxquelles nous avons accĂšs gratuitement ne sont pas toutes fonctionnelles. Il y a des paddle board qui se remplisse d’eau, un pĂ©dalo dont un des bancs est absent, etc. Nous avons demandĂ© de changer de chambre 2 fois. La premiĂšre chambre, il y avait des boxers abandonnĂ©s sur le balcon et les draps Ă©taient tachĂ©s et il y avait des cheveux. La deuxiĂšme chambre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et dans notre troisiĂšme chambre, il n’y avait pas de sceau Ă  glaces. L’établissement est bien en gĂ©nĂ©ral, mais commence Ă  ĂȘtre fatiguĂ©. Le dĂ©jeuner buffet amĂ©ricain Ă©tait trĂšs bien pour le prix 22$. Le service impeccable. L’endroit est aussi bien situĂ©.

Rooms are rundown. There are very limited amenities and everything is so worn down or broken. Our door needed to be slammed shut in order for it to properly close. The “spa circuit” cannot be called that. It’s literally a hot tub, a cool tub and a wooden sauna shed for 3 people. Indoor hot tubs are filthy. The outdoor pool also is not clean at all. Sun chairs are broken and falling apart. I expected a lot more for a property like this. The pictures are misleading

The property is quite old and in need of updating. Sink in bathroom was cracked from one side to the other. The bed frame squeaked, mattress was not comfortable and they started cutting the grass right outside our window at 8:00 Monday morning.
