The hotel is located in a very convenient location, every single staff member we had contact with was extremely helpful and friendly and smiling. They went out of their way to be helpful! We will be back for another visit!!

Critique

Un gros manque d'entretiens de la section des jeux pour enfants. Il y avait énormément de nourritures et de débrits sur les planchers. Les jeux étaient mal entretenus et dangereux a certains endroits (plancher non-fixé de plus de 6 pieds de hauteur) mes enfants auraient pu tomber tellement le trou étaient gros. Les filets de sécurité arrachés, plusieurs sections de métal non protégés, manettes de jeux non-fonctionnelles (1 manette fonctionnait sur 4). Pour ce qui est de la chambre, la toilette n'était pas fixée au sol et il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche. Les meubles étaient agés et endommagés. Encore un gros manque d'entretien. Tres belle emplacement et belle configuration des chambres a l'extérieur du pavillion principale.

Not soundproof at all and more of a family place so loud teenager noises until late. Room was set to 30 Celsius and hard to cool. Shower hard to get hot water. Safe, clean and inexpensive...but not comfortable.
