The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The wash basin in my room did not drain properly, the fire alarm beeped nearly every night, and the elevator was out of order for most of the stay. Unfortunately, none of these issues were addressed or resolved despite my five-night stay.
