Cocoonr is offering this charming, fully renovated 60 m² flat for rent, situated on the first floor of a small stone-built block in the Madeleine neighbourhood of Vannes. Ideally situated within easy reach of all amenities, this property is the perfect base from which to explore Vannes and the surrounding area.

The property comprises the following:
- A bright living area: a lounge/dining room with a dining table and chairs, a sofa, a coffee table and a TV.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe.
- A bathroom with a shower and washbasin, accessible from the bedroom.
- A separate toilet.

Important: If you’re planning a stay with family or friends, it’s possible to accommodate two additional guests by also booking ‘La Madeleine’, a second flat on the same landing. This flat, designed for two people, is the ideal addition for a group stay whilst maintaining your independence.

The property is ideally situated in the Madeleine neighbourhood, with all amenities within walking distance. There is a supermarket less than 150 metres away and a large supermarket with its own shopping centre 6 minutes’ drive away.

A comfortable property in a good location

This property is a 20 minutes walk from the centre of Vannes. A regular bus to the centre stops 2 minutes walk from the property. The bus service finishes early in the evening so you should be prepared to walk back after dinner. Vannes is a great centre for exploring the Gulf of Morbihan, a nature park with many boating, cycling and walking activities readily available. The town is also interesting with old cobbled streets and a wall around much of the town. Most tourists seemed to be French when we visited in September and sometimes there was no one who could speak English (very good for practising French).

The layout is very slightly unfortunate in that the separate toilet has no wash basin so you have to go through to the bedroom ensuite to wash your hands. (There is no toilet in the ensuite). Easily walkable into the beautiful town of Vannes. Quiet and airy. Easy parking outside. Location gives easy access to town and also to road network to visit other places. We would stay here again."

Bonjour , Très bel appartement propre , et bien agencé,grande chambre et bonne literie, le salon est très illuminé et cosy. Les petites attentions ,comme le café et thé fournis , le linge et les draps + couettes , parfait! Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais le 3 ème étage n'est pas si haut. Situé à une douzaine de minutes à pied du centre historique et à 3 minutes en voitures de la zone commerciale. A proximité, se trouvent une boucherie et une boulangerie. Parking gratuit au pied du logement, libre à toute heure. 🙁 La literie est de mauvaise qualité et la chambre est situé côté rue, deux facteurs importants qui nous ont emêpchés de dormir sereinement tout au long de notre séjour."

LE MAGDA Hôte très réactif, ponctuel et accueillant. Le logement est très lumineux, spacieux et situé dans une belle bâtisse ancienne. Propreté irréprochable. La pièce de vie est très agréable et donne sur le jardin. La chambre, quant à elle, est orientée sur l'avenue donc un peu plus bruyante. Le stationnement est facile et gratuit à proximité. En bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour. A recommander.
