Hotel was okay, lobby was weirdly empty/cold. The breakfast was only grab and go, which would have been nice to know. All communications say the there is breakfast at 7. The bags are ready before and worked well for us going to a swim meet @ 645. Fire alarm went off at 3am and the whole hotel smells like cigarettes. Very dated decor. Staff were absolutely amazing kind patient and helpful.

This property needs renovations everywhere. Room was very old and smelt musty. Toilet seat was not attached. Sink wouldn’t drain properly. TV reception was bad.Remote needed new batteries. Charge for early and late check in and out is a rip off. Won’t be back and won’t recommend it.

upon arrival there were two RCMP cars outside the door and a Constable on guard inside . All through the night there was nice in the hallway which was very upsetting. i had submit a request through Expedia for a possible short extension to my stay as I was attending my brothers funeral zero follow up. When i did ash for a short extension i was told company policy no extension , i then booked a taxi to go to another hotel the Taxi driver told me it was the worst hotel in the area.

This hotel is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. When I arrived, there were two police cars and an ambulance in the parking lot, and officers waiting in the lobby — not exactly a welcoming sight. The room was uncomfortable, and you can literally feel the bed frame through the mattress. Overall, this place feels unsafe and neglected. I would not recommend staying here.

The pool is dirty and grimy, and the bathroom fixtures are broken. The toilet water level is unusually high, and we could hear noise from the neighboring room whenever they used their shower. There’s no dining area for breakfast, it’s a simple grab-and-go setup with a small brown bag containing the same items every day: a muffin, juice box, apple, and a kids’ snack bar. On the positive side, the location is convenient, close to bus stops and the airport. There’s also an on-site car rental service, which is great. The receptionists were friendly, and they offer a luggage drop-off option.

The one blanket on the bed is very thin and there's no duvet. I asked for more blankets to be brought up (we were already in our pj's) but was told to come down to get them. The heating and aircon was loud and not great. The room was falling apart (lamps with holes, things cracked, baseboard falling off), and the tv didn't work. Oh. And the old alarm clock went off at 4am but we didn't set it.

The price is right for the type of lodging. Bed was not comfortable. I couldn’t use the pillow it was massive and unreasonable to sleep on. The fans are all very loud: bathroom, general area. Shower head didn’t have full water pressure. But otherwise, good price for the type of lodging.

Heater was not working in room. Front desk said they would b up to fix and was a no show. When we called front desk (3times) straight to answering machine. Terrible sleep, cold!
