Location was amazing and the space was great! 2 decent sized rooms with really comfortable beds and a nice clean beautiful bathroom. It also had several bonus amenities. Construction is happening across the street but we were there over the weekend so weren’t bothered by it- generally a quiet experience. I’d definitely stay again.

Renter beware! The unit is absolutely filthy!! Dead bugs, dirty floors/walls, shower not clean, dishes put away dirty and growing mold, fridge stunk and was filthy, no supplies (not even left enough toilet paper!) kitchen is not stocked and the list goes on! This unit absolutely stunk of sewage that the owner is trying to mask with air fresheners hidden throughout, bug larva was everywhere, counters, bathrooms, bedrooms. We did not receive any check in information prior to arrival and had to wait to hear from the owner. After complaining about lack of supplies we received a few extra 4 days after arriving since there was no response from the owner. After arriving I had to clean the unit from top to bottom and filed a complaint during our stay asking for a refund of the cleaning fee since it was cleaner then when we arrived. The owner has not responded and has done nothing. I would never recommend anyone staying at this unit. Lack of communication from the owner, unit is disgustingly dirty, the smell is unbearable. Do not waste your hard earned money like we did! It was our one family vacation we take a year and so much of my time was spend cleaning and doing laundry and purchasing necessary supplies out of my own pocket. So disappointed for our two young children who had to keep an indoor pair of shoes on during our entire stay. Construction site across the street starts at 7am every morning so good luck sleeping in. Do not rent this unit!

Catastrophic last minute cancellation by owner

When we landed in Vancouver I received a message saying that my reservation was canceled due to unexpected circumstances. It was very late and we had to find another accommodation. Very disappointed!

When we arrived all of the linen was still in the washing basket. The owner says it was clean but it was still moist so we had to clean and dry out ourself before going to bed. All of the garbage from the previous stay was still stacked on top of the bin and was never cleared. The toilet had no toilet paper but had used toilet rolls in the bin. There were stains on the walls in the bathroom. When the owner was contacted they apologized and then did nothing. The front door lock broke. If so the stats I have ever stayed in through Expedia and other services, this was by far the worst. I honestly can't believe that anyone could rent our an apartment in this condition. I worked never stay in this apartment again and am wary about using Expedia again after this.

The property has a great host and the location is great! BUT unfortunately our stay was terrible. There was a terrible odour in the house that wouldn't go away with all the windows open. We couldn't stay in the unit and only came back to sleep :( and the unit was not as clean as it looked in the pictures.

Good day. The property we stayed in was very comfortable. If you don't mind some stairs, it's worth it. Location is perfect with everything you need within 2 blocks. I would return.

チェックイン当日はフライトが早かったため、early check in させて頂きたい旨を事前にオーナーに伝えていました。しかしクリーニングを担当されている方にはシェアされていなかったようで、清掃が終わっていない状況でした。 設備に関しては家電製品は整っていましたが、カトラリーや食器など清掃が行き届いていない印象です。また冷蔵庫内は期限の切れた食材が多く残っておりました。 室内は独特な匂いが染み付いており、空気の入れ替えを試みましたが改善されず。 清潔な環境ではなかった事が唯一、残念なこと。 ロケーションは非常に良く、スーパーやレストランも近いので利便性は良いです。 またクリーニングを担当された女性が非常に親切で良い印象を持ちました。
