Right across the street, you have one of the major bus stops along Grand Boulevard. Multiple bus routes pass directly in front of the home, connecting you to key transit hubs.

Among the routes are #229 / #210 (or other) which run frequently between North Vancouver and Lonsdale Quay. From Lonsdale, you can catch the SeaBus to downtown Vancouver in about 12–15 minutes.

Total travel time to Downtown Vancouver (via transit) is typically between 25 to 35 minutes, depending on schedules and traffic.

Want to get toward Grouse Mountain for hiking or sightseeing? From the same transit hub, you can transfer to buses heading toward the base of Grouse. The trip (bus + gondola) might take 40–50 minutes depending on timing.
