Rent duplex T3 in a quiet area located 300 m from the beach and the city center. The house of 50 m, facing south, includes a living room of 25 m with kitchen (electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen ....) and a floor with two bedrooms of 10m (one with a large balcony), a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. The bedrooms each have a double bed and an integrated closet. The accommodation also has a garden of 15m with garden furniture, and water point; private and secure parking and free wifi.

Smoking and pets not allowed.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Super appartement, propre, spacieux et agréable. La terrasse était un plus. De plus, il est situé pas trop loin de la plage et du centre ville. Nous avons passer d'agréables vacances grâce à Madame Mouty avec qui jai pû converser au téléphone. Nous avons etait très bien accueuilli par son fils, une très sympathique personne. Tout était parfait. Nous vous conseillons cette location. S'il y a possibilité, nous nous adresserons à nouveau à Madame Mouty pour revenir sur Valras.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt und auch der kurze weg zum Meer war Super. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Leider gibt es in der Küche nur zwei Herdplatten und einen mobilen Backofen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Belle situation , très correct pour le prix.

Proximité mer à 4mn à pied 300 m par l'avenue Foch ,800m centre ville à pied par avenue du casino,10 mn sans se presser.Decoration simple et suffisante pour un logement de vacances, équipements : tout ce qu'il faut . Propriétaire avenante et disponible si besoin.Emplacement calme ,mais vu la mitoyenneté on peut entendre les voisins qui parlent forts.Mais c'est les vacances soyons tolérants.! A rectifier sur Abritel le départ c'est à 10 h et non 11 h

Supers vacances dans cette location bien située

Location conforme au descriptif. Tout peut se faire à pieds c'est très agréable. La proximité avec les voisins peut éventuellement déranger. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la région.

Simple et efficace

Un emplacement idéal : pas de bruit et à proximité de tout (plages, commerces, divertissements). Bonne literie, petit extérieur sympathique qui a été notre lieu privilégié de la maison (repas, jeux, rangement vélos). Bon accueil de Nathalie. Merci !

Coin assez calme

Emplacement calme. mer à 5 mn à pieds. Location très propre. Par contre frigo ne refroidit pas assez ! Manque 1 petite table basse dans le salon. Séjour très agréable.

maisonnette sympa mais peut mieux faire

Maison correcte, bonne literie mais manque de vaisselles (tasses à café, plats pour le four...). Un barbecue serait un plus, un transat supplémentaire également. Mettre un barre de douche serait utile. Le frigo surchauffe sur les côtés et ne donne pas assez de froid. Le salon de jardin serait bon à changer. Un store serait aussi un plus pour la terrasse qui est en plein soleil dès le matin car un parasol est insuffisant. Sinon, quartier calme près du centre ville et de la plage on peut tout faire à pied. Avons passé d'agréables vacances et la propriétaire très sympathique a été à notre écoute.
