Shared natural land (partly steep). Superb panorama of the massif and slopes. Services and shops on site. 200m from the slopes of the vast Valmeinier-Valloire ski area (Galibier-Thabor ski area and its 150km of slopes). On the road to the legendary Col du Galibier. Orelle cable car for Val-Thorens/3 Vallées 18km away (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes). Amenities and sports and leisure activities on site in all seasons. Numerous hiking and cycling opportunities (including "Tour du Thabor" and GR5) in different massifs. Close to the Italian border.
