We are very pleased to have an early check-in after a long flight, so we can freshen up before going out to explore the city. The staff does a really good job. The hotel's location is also very good in all directions. The room with a balcony is quite interesting. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The location is excellent—within walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, and shops, so there are endless dining options to choose from. It's also close to several scenic spots, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was spotless and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, with soft pillows and fresh, clean sheets that made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel and a great place to stay and explore Valletta. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and our room was ready early also. The room was very clean and spacious with a large comfy bed so we will definitely be returning to Palazzo Paolina hopefully in the near future.

The hotel wasn't exactly what I expected. The location is okay ...although on a narrow road...but it is close to many shops and cafes...The shower was superb. Breakfast was the same all through my stay, which I found boring. I think the WiFi was poor and should be looked into . What I found a bit weird was the fact that after a certain time, no staff will be at the reception from what I was told the day I was checking in.
