"Made an online reservation got to the hotel and the reservation was nowhere to be found. The lobby smelled like sewage the young girl looked like she did not know what she was doing. Had another customer in front of me and had been there with the same problem. The young lady NEVER apologized only said she couldnt find the reservation and for me to call hotels. com because she couldnt find it. Had to find another another hotel (aka) motel 6 full price."

"We reserved 2 rooms, 1st room wasn't ready till almost 5pm & had no place to hang clothes. the 2nd room the key pad didn't work when we first got there, had to go back to office & they moved us to another room. The first room, 1st night the bathroom light wouldn't not work ,had to plug in a lamp to have any light. for some strange reason the light came on the next day. 1st room the key didn't work when returning that evening, had to go back to front desk to get it rekeyed. Place was very noisy on the front corner. Had a hard time sleeping. You think for the price we paid per night it would have better up keep."
