Ended up not staying in the room, but because I selected a non refundable room I had to pay for it. The check in process was excellent and the front desk employee was great but when entered the room, immediately had to kill cockroaches. A total of 4 roaches in less than a few minutes-one on sink of restroom area, one in restroom, one in bed, and one on floor near refrigerator. The room looked clean and did not smell bad, but it had cockroaches.
