Friendly staff, clean room and lobby. Very good breakfast setup. Outside sign needs to be lit up, s little difficult to find.

I've stayed at Urbana Inn & Suites several times. Each time is more disappointing. I stayed in May and September and both times the pool was closed. Carpet going upstairs us stained and dirty. They claim they are remodeling some rooms. They said the same the last two times I've been there. Told me all of the Themed rooms were not vacant. The Jungle Room was directly across the hall from my room and each day the door was cracked and it was not occupied during my 3 night stay. They had no other rooms to offer yet there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. I requested a room with a refrigerator and the clerk told me mine didn't have one and they would have to get one from another room. Once she checked the room she informed me it has a refrigerator & microwave. She also asked if we'd wait a minute because the bathroom wasn't cleaned and she had to do something to the toilet because it was not flushing right. Once she said it was ready we entered the room. The toilet had water all in front of it. They also do not give any discounts such as military or AAA. Considering staying somewhere else when visiting family there.

Convenient location and available.

Just needed a safe, clean, place to sleep, affordable. Linens clean but worn.Mattress hard. Bathroom was clean. Friendly and helpful Front Desk Customer Service Rep, Kirk.

Very clean & friendly - iffy on pet policies

Very nice place with friently people. The room I stayed in was very clean and has a mini-fridge and microwave. A+. They are pet friendly, but a little misleading on rules. Spent one full day, two evenings. Not told til after our first night we couldn't leave the dogs alone. This gave us some major problems. They do charge a pet fee, which is fine; but when I get a call after we check out about how we left the room, I totally disagree.
