A simple, clean and comfy room with a supportively firm king-sized bed and great linens. Simple and tasty breakfast offerings, great coffee, fresh fruit, and a very clean dining area. Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe and cares for during my stay.

The front desk clerk was amazing and helpful to us. Upon entering the room, the stale smelling air hit first. The AC was not operating and it was 75 in the room. We turned this down to 70 without successfully fixing the issue. Turned it off etc. finally at some point during the night, it made a successful run and worked. When unpacking, I found a water bottle behind the chair along with a beer top at the bed. My son went to shower and the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were half full to use. We were too tired from the drive to go back down to the lobby to get more. When he showered, the water didn’t drain and he ended up ankle deep in water while showering.

My The ex-girlfriend is a w****, and she's probably f****** a nasty a** f****** homeless individual and one of these XPD around and she stinks like P. P and she has no morals and she's a liar and she has a lot of s*** She needs to deal with. Because person like me is not ever gonna f****** look at that person like that. Ever a f****** gangster? You don't know that they're gonna f****** be a piece of s*** for the other person in life. I think exterior should do a good job.Keep in people like her out of their would be my biggest f****** take back from that because you always see when she stays here and she's gonna f****** ruin that room.Have a great night glad.I could not control you about the room

Walking in the lobby, the chair covers looked like they needed a good scrubbing. The furniture itself all looked second hand. Walking down the hallway to the room, there was drywall dust piled up on both sides. A few doors were open and all you could see was laundry and it looked as though it was just thrown in the room. It was everywhere. Then we get to the room and it smelled so bad of wet mildew. The chair in the room was 10 times worse than in the lobby. I don’t even think the cushion matched the chair. Apparently there were no refunds or I definitely would have left

They were short staffed but still seemed to be right on top of their game. This was a very comfortable stay, it has everything we needed for a successful visit, would stay again if we ever need to go back to morgontown

I dislike seeing bad reviews that knit pick everything. This is an older hotel that could use an update; however, for the price we paid I didn’t expect the Ritz or the Four Seasons, which is what negative reviewers always seem to want. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was nice with crisp, clean sheets, a comfortable mattress and nice bedding. We spent two nights here and had no issues. The breakfast was good with a friendly attendant. The workout room was adequate. This hotel is in a convenient and safe area close to I-79, shopping, restaurants and the university. We will stay here again when we visit.

Did not like location , front entry and parking congested , walking area to lobby was in poor condition.. steps affected those in a wheelchair to main lobby . No ramp . Wheel chair access to lobby from the floors was unacceptable. The disabled person had to go out the side door and pushed around the hotel to the front lobby entrance. Unacceptable! I feel very upset and would never choose this hotel again . This was not listed on their site . Please consider refunding for the room with double beds .
