The front desk service in the evening was exceptional, the young man is an asset to your organization. My overall stay was less than stellar. I had no hot water or a majority of my trip, bed was really uncomfortable and overall feel of the hotel just wasn't up to a double tree standard.

The bedding was comfortable and the room was clean. The onsite restaurant was just Ok and the bartender/server was super friendly. Not paying $15 breakfast buffet, what happened to the complimentary breakfast.
