We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and no one cleaned our room even once. We went to ask why they weren't cleaning or changing the bed linens, and they said they were short-staffed. They only gave us towels and that was it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in. The room was fine overall and the location served my purposes. The workout area was very small and shoved over in the far corner of the hotel. Very much felt like an afterthought. I know fitness centers are not most people's top priority, but it's nice if they put some effort into them. But the breakfast buffet was good and the staff that I did interact with were all very friendly and helpful! Would definitely go back!

Room was clean; bed comfortable. . Heating unit warmed up the room quickly. Hubby appreciated the fitness room. We especially liked the waterfall mural in the room. That was an unexpected and welcome touch.
