The staff were so friendly and helpful! After-hours self-check in was convenient and easy. The place was very quiet, restful, and comfortable. It is not very conveniently located, but it wasn't inconvenient either. Everything in town is reachable by bus or walking.

Pleasant stay in Umea

Solo traveller. Hotel is away from the main town center and is quiet as a result. This may not suit everyone as there is little in the way of eateries nearby. Being attached to an auto service station is not a problem. Good and friendly service from the staff.

Friendly, some nice areas inside

Seems to be related to the gas station in some way, but don't let this put you off! It's in a good location if you want to go forest walking or to the swimming pool, and only a short walk into the middle of town. Inside has some nice 'outdoor' feeling room with a couple of sofas and a TV with books to read.

Ett prisvĂ€rt hotell som det var lĂ€tt att hitta till. Gratis parkering, sköna sĂ€ngar och okej frukost. Återkommer gĂ€rna men dĂ„ i ett annat rum. De enda fönstren i rummet jag bodde i vette in mot ett gĂ€stkök/matrum dĂ€r flera andra gĂ€ster vistades sĂ„ jag var tvungen att ha fördraget hela tiden. Det innebar alltsĂ„ noll möjlighet till dagsljus och frisk/sval luft i rummet pĂ„ hela vistelsen. Olidligt varmt och dĂ„lig luft eftersom det inte gick att vĂ€dra alls överhuvudtaget. Dessutom lyhört, jag vĂ€cktes kl 06 nĂ€r andra gĂ€ster började slamra med skĂ„pdörrar och stolar i den angrĂ€nsande matsalen. Bristen pĂ„ vĂ€dringsmöjligheter och utsikt/dagsljus borde ha framgĂ„tt tydligt i rumsbeskrivningen. Receptionen stĂ€nger kl 16.00 pĂ„ vardagar sĂ„ det fanns ingen att prata med nĂ€r problemet upptĂ€cktes.
