Room amenities are very limited. Need to provide basic stuff such as shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and proper soap. Specially helpful to international travelers who do not carry this stuff. We had to go buy it.
Key Info - This hotel is not accessible by car. You have to get off and sit in auto rickshaw to get to the hotel. This needs to be explained and Expedia needs to explicitly indicate this while booking through the app. The hotel staff also did not mention ahead of time until we got there and had to call them.
Hotel takes payment before when checking in as opposed to the usual norm of payment when checking out. This also needs to be mentioned earlier or on Expedia while booking so that customer is informed. 99% of hotels take payment when checking out.
Some staff including the hotel manager (I believe the name is Irshaad) are very friendly. However some staff need training on customer care and politeness.
On the positive side, the food in the above rooftop restaurant is very good and the waiters are very friendly.
The sunset views are very good from the roof top.
