Mattress are very hard. The room was clean. Hiwever, there are a lot of repairs done over the years that needs to be fix and/or repainted. That needs to be addressed. Nonetheless, it is a good location.

Rude!

Very clean and cheap price. The two girls behind the desk need to greet and smile. Instead they hardly acknowledge you. Won't even look up at you. That alone is enough for me to never return. Evidently the company doesn't care. I've seen many comments about them.

Great hotel for Ubon

The hotel is in a good location for driving around the local area and is close to Central Plaza. Everything about the room and the hotel generally was very good except there is no facility within the hotel to make a tea or coffee.

Nice Hotel but room for improvement

This is a new property and the room was good except the shower drain was blocked. Very modern and clean. The hotel is not near any shopping or restaurants therefore it would be good if they provided breakfast options. You need a car to stay there. Staff on front desk need to be more friendly.
