We loved everything about this house! Beautiful location and perfect interior! We had a little trouble with our hot water and they responded immediately to help us with our problem! We will definitely rent this house again! Excellent experience!

Beautiful home in a great location! We enjoyed having close proximity to the beach, the sound of crashing waves throughout the day, views of the ocean, and a cool lagoon full of cute turtles! The home layout is great and the kids loved the video games in the bottom level. Having a garage to store our bikes was also a nice plus. We traveled a few times to Savannah and it was a short, simple drive. Overall a wonderful experience and something our whole family greatly enjoyed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just love this house! This was the second year in a row that we have stayed here for Spring Break. Beach access is across the driveway. The house is well appointed and stocked with all the essentials to get your vacation started. And the beds are really comfortable! Highly recommend!

Elegant property with lots of space. The bedding and beds were so comfortable! And the house amenities were perfect for our family! Short walk to the quiet beach (mid-September) and we enjoyed all the restaurants on the Main Street. We easily drove to Savannah a couple of times for shopping and a tour. We love Tybee!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was gorgeous and felt like a luxary to stay in. Unfortunately we only were able to spend 1 night here as the water heater was not working and the plumber was not available to come out until the end of our stay. The company did reimburse some of our money and found us another home to stay in. We were a little disappointed as we loved this house and didn't get to enjoy it but we understand things happen and we made the best of it. Would love to find another time to enjoy this beautiful home.

Everything was perfect, the bath at the back of the house on the left had some water damage and the toilet didn’t seem to want to flush but everything else was wonderful.
Buck-a-poos was a great place for pizza!
The beach was wonderful!
We had Huck-A-Poos twice!
The lighthouse was beautiful!

The house was everything we wanted…big enough for all of us, open area to hang out together but plenty of space for privacy, steps to the beach!

Family Vacation

This was a great place for our family. It was a very short walk to the beach, which was great! The house had everything we needed plus a game room. We loved the pinball machine! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Tybee Island

We enjoyed our stay here, total of 5 of us.Each bedroom was used, and all beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels provided as well. Great location to the beach area, short walk. Nice quiet neighborhood. We only cooked one day in, but had all pans and dishes needed. Only thing we wished they had were beach chairs accessible to use, as we spent a lot of time on the beach. Weather was beautiful!

The home was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. Neighborhood was nice, beach access right across from the house. Great for large family. Restaurants and small grocery store nearby.

40th Birthday Celebration

We had a great time with our party of 8 adults. We were very comfortable and had a ton of space to spread about be it playing games or having a meal. We felt very welcomed and the communication, instructions, and overall experience were perfect. We’d gladly return. We wish we’d had more time to enjoy but hope to visit again in the future. Our friend’s birthday celebration was a success and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Home was wonderful, super clean, so close to the beach and well stocked to live comfortably for our stay. Only issue was comfortable seating - couches are very low and kitchen chairs could use new foam on the seats. That would not stop us from staying again - the home was lovely!

Great Location and property

Beautiful property and great location mating frogs were a bit annoying every night and the upstairs balcony was not accessible which was misrepresented in the listing .... would have been nice to be able to sit out there for sunrise and sunset. Property should be listed accordingly Overall great experice and would recommend to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family! It was very well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and even a small box of laundry detergent. The downstairs game room was great for the boys while the adults lounged upstairs on the comfy couch. The beds were very comfortable too which was a huge plus. The walk to the beach was steps from the front door and just across the street. There was an issue with the internet, but the property management company was quick to get it resolved. We loved everything about our stay and can't wait to book again for next year!

Great Girls Trip

This year we planned our girls trip in Tybee Beach, GA. We booked the property through VRBO but all communications, correspondence, and payment information was through Tybee Vacation Rental company. The property was great for our group of 8, plenty of space, access to the beach was directly across the street! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and all kitchen supplies were very functional!!! Quiet neighborhood and about a 25 min drive to Savannah! The only small problem we encountered was running out of hot water on our last night’s stay. However that doesn’t compare to the wonderful time we had there!!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would most certainly book through TVR again!!

Incredible property and experience for our family. Layout was perfect for our group. Teens loved the lower level and plenty of space for everyone. All games worked perfectly and in great shape. Comfy beds, nice water pressure in the showers and wonderfully equipped kitchen. Nice quality and quantity of dishes, cookware and utensils, including grilling spatulas. (no discount supplies here) Very nice area to clean up after being on the beach as well. The living room furniture was wonderful for visiting and relaxing, but sits very low. While comfy, some legs on the sofa would have made getting up a bit easier. The only hiccup we encountered was no garage door access, but the property management had a new remote delivered within 24 hours. Parking for four vehicles was a great plus since this is typically hard to come by at the beach. Beach access is directly across the street. Involves a hilly boardwalk and a short walk through the dunes to reach the beach; very handy but prepare for the sand portion of the walk. Quiet and well maintained neighborhood with friendly residents. Everyone also enjoyed watching the turtles in little pond next to the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property and management team!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at SunSalt on Tybee Island for a girls’ weekend, and it was such a great spot! The house was beautiful—super clean, stylish, and exactly what we were hoping for. Our group included a few short-term rental owners and managers, and everyone was impressed with how well it was set up.The living space was perfect for hanging out, with plenty of comfy seating and big sliding doors that brought the outside in. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and rental spots for bikes and golf carts.The host was great with communication and very accommodating, especially when it came to storing our luggage.A few things to note for future guests: getting an Uber or Lyft off the island (like back to the airport) can be tricky, so it’s best to schedule one in advance. The house only had two bikes, which felt a little limited for a place that sleeps 10—definitely something to plan around. There weren’t any beach chairs available either, and while the decks are cute, they’re on the smaller side. We ended up opening the big sliding doors and using the living room as our main hangout spot, which actually worked out perfectly.Bonus: they offer great off-season rates, so it’s definitely worth considering if you’re planning a trip outside of peak summer months. We’d absolutely stay here again—with a few extras packed next time!
