Sea View 2 es un gran apartamento de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño en una excelente ubicación. Disfruta de mucho más espacio para expandirte con 900 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Ubicado en la planta baja de un edificio histórico de Tybee con vista al mar desde el porche amueblado compartido. Ubicado a solo 4 casas de la playa y a 2 cuadras de restaurantes, tiendas, vida nocturna y atracciones como el Muelle Tybee y el Centro de Ciencias Marinas.

El salón tiene un sofá cama Queen y una gran TV de pantalla plana. La cocina está totalmente equipada y hay mesa para 4 personas. El dormitorio se encuentra junto a la cocina y está amueblado con una cama king size, un televisor de pantalla plana y una sala de estar separada. El baño adjunto tiene una ducha a ras de suelo (sin bañera). Hay internet inalámbrico disponible para uso de los huéspedes.

TENGA EN CUENTA: Ducha de pie solo en el baño (sin tinas), se proporciona 1 lugar de estacionamiento reservado. Debes subir 3 escalones para llegar a este nivel. La unidad admite mascotas pequeñas (menos de 25 lb) por un cargo adicional.

Este edificio histórico de apartamentos con vistas al mar fue construido originalmente en 1924 y figura en el Registro Nacional de Lugares Históricos. Cada unidad incluye el uso de servicios compartidos que incluyen: Dos niveles de grandes porches amueblados para que los huéspedes disfruten de la brisa del océano. El porche de nivel superior cuenta con una bonita vista al mar. Enjuague después de un día en la playa en una de las dos duchas al aire libre cerradas, un excelente equipamiento especialmente para familias. En el patio trasero, hay un patio con parrilla de gas y asientos disponibles para uso de los huéspedes y una lavandería compartida. Todas las unidades cuentan con acceso WIFI y TV vía satélite.

Perfect getaway in prime location

We are super thrilled with our choice to book here. It’s very convenient to restaurants and shops but not in the hustle and bustle. The porch is the perfect sitting porch for coffee or wine. The layout is very nice. The updates are very nice while respecting the historic value of the apartment building. My favorite aspects were the super comfy bed, the shower, and the kitchen. Look forward to booking again!

Steps to the beach

Pretty condo, especially the bedroom with nook. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. It is truly just steps away from the beach, both ocean and river. Located far enough from noisy nightlife but close for a stroll to shops and restaurants. Only small complaint: the windows needed desperately washed. Pet friendly, but no dogs (pets) allowed on beach or pier.

We had a great time. This is literally steps from the beach. It was very clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed sitting on the porch on the rocking chairs and relaxing. We will definitely come back!

Charming and Easy

We had a delightful stay. The walk to the beach was close and easy and the rocking chairs on the covered front porch were the perfect place to relax the afternoon we had a little rain. Plenty of cooking equipment and dishes, but we had to purchase seasonings for our steaks and coffee filters. The ONLY "food" was salt and pepper. The renovations in this very old building are lovely - the bathroom has been nicely designed. There is a tiny step down from the main bed to the bathroom which is a bit challenging in the middle of the night, and the noise of people moving around in the unit above us was significant - and they weren't partying. The coffee pot was broken and we didn't receive a response from our email - but did have a replacement a few hours after making a call the following morning. Overall - loved the place and it's a great deal - plenty of towels, very clean, complimentary detergent and softener for the washing machine, a deck of card, puzzles and a great selection of books.

Wonderful place!

This is a beautiful older property completely renovated inside just steps from the beach . The property was immaculate. The large porch was nice in the evenings, there is a patio for outdoor seating, and the history of the place made the property a special place to stay. We have already recommended this property to family and intend to return in the spring.

We enjoyed our time at the apartment. It got a bit noisy at night with the parties and people walking around, but we expected that and didn't bother us. The apartment was nice, your kitchen was stocked real nice and everything was clean.

Clean & convenient to everything!

The property was old, but clean & the kitchen was well stocked. There was no ice maker or ice trays, so you’ll have to bring ice. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay & the convenience to the restaurants & shops. We would rent this unit in the future.

It is what they say it is.

Great property and good proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc... As a critique, the parking is tight, barely enough room to get a mid-sized suv in place unless you get parking place #1. The floors are unlevel due to settling. Other than that, it was great! We had a great time. Front porch is roomy and oriented so that the sun never gets in your eyes. The king sized bed was very comfortable (best night's sleep in a while). We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a 1-bedroom suite.

Great place to stay in South Tybee. Close to restaurants and shops. House is four houses from beach access. House is old and maintained. House originally built 1920s with uneven floors that may be an issues for some. Called about shower head not working and they responded within 2 hours. Reported a couple issues with toilet and fan, hopefully taken care of before next guest.

At check in time, no code in the app. Got there early and asked if we could check in. No go.

Leasing agent said no early check in because the property was being inspected. Oddly enough, we were parked in the rental’s lot when we called, no cars or human on the property. Much more confusing than necessary. Would rent by owner only next time

Perfect location

Great location. Super close to the beach (You can hear the waves inside) and close enough to nightlife without having it right at your doorstep. Adorable house, but if you are noise-sensitive, be aware you will hear every footstep upstairs. It’s an older home, so not unexpected. Bathroom could use some TLC, but again, it’s an older home. You’ll be out on the porch anyway.
