1st time stay at the Island Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very nice. The location was perfect. Nice pool area. We had trouble with the toilet leaking in my sister's bedroom. It was not fixed until the night before we left. The living room TV went to a dark screen I called about it but. nobody came so, I fixed it myself.

We had a great time on the island. The place was great. Everything you need. Nice view of the pool. Loved having the bar and restaurant on site. I would definitely stay here again

Great stay!

Property was clean, nice, secure and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Great access to the beach. Pool was undergoing renovations during my visit but was not a must for me. I will definitely return.

Great location

It was perfect location. Room was very nice. Everyone was super friendly. My only complaint would be the floors were filthy. Couldn't walk barefooted cause your feet would be black in an hour. I would stay there again though!

Great location for beach and Savannah!

The place had everything we needed. Specious and nice balcony. It's a quite location with great access to restaurants and things to do. On the beach! The TV was a bit difficult to figure out but we managed with what we could. We would stay again without a doubt!

Great place

Enjoyed the condo! It was the third place I rented after the two hurricanes ruined my stay in Florida. Didnt have the best of views but the beach was a very short walk. The condo was stocked with everything you would need. Good restaurants near by and just a short drive into downtown Savannah and the River Walk. Would stay here again.

We loved sitting on the balcony each morning and afternoon. The location was perfect—just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants and shops. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. This property was nice. I do think the guest bedroom needs two nightstands and lamps and the guest bathroom needs more towel racks. There is not enough hanging hooks for towels or a hand towel. Also would be helpful if they would provide more that one dishwasher tab. No where in the rules did it say we couldn’t park our small motorhome on the property. The parking lot guy said we could, but we were called the day and told to remove it immediately even though there was still ample parking available and told us to park in the street and pay hourly parking, which would cost a fortune during our trip. When we mentioned there was no rule that said we weren’t allowed to park there, they said not all rules are posted?? Luckily my husband is a firefighter and we could park at the fire station.

Tybee Vaca

Loved the property; beautifully maintained. There could be bigger, better signage for check in and directions. The condo was very nice and clean. However, I’ve never stayed anywhere that the guest was required to gather and take out trash. Curious why that isn’t included in the cleaning fee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was awesome! Super laidback environment with great pool and beach access. The room was clean and cozy. The resort location was in a quiet part of the island, which provided a more private feel. The only critic I have, is I would recommend changing the mattresses soon. They were pretty wore out.

Two bedroom condo with pool view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very comfortable condo for us. It has a pool view and everything we needed to cook meals at home. It is also close to parking so it was easy to unpack. They have luggage carts that you can use. I think my wife was more than prepared for the beach when she packed the kids ;) They do have beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent so no need to bring anything.

Family Vacation Perfection

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On-site pools, restaurant, and beachfront access were excellent. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. You’re at mid beach at this location and a short beach walk to both the lighthouse to the north and pier to the south. YMCA is across the street if you need a fitness center I think it was 10 dollars for a day pass. Savannah is a short drive away and there are tons of options for activities there. Captain Derek’s dolphin adventure was also a great experience, we saw lots of dolphins feeding near a shrimp boat and even got a few dolphins to play in our wake on the way back to the dock.

The master bed was not the most comfortable and it makes a lot of noise when one person is getting in and out of bed during the night. Not sure if it is a bad frame/mattress or both. Condo entry doors are close together, so neighboring condo guests woke us up slamming their door. Other than sleep disturbances, we enjoyed our stay very much.
