Check-in process and communication with the management company was very easy. Management responded promptly to my questions. The property was clean but could use some updates and repairs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and utensils we needed. The location was close to the beach however, the access on our street was closed due to erosion. We had to walk around the block to get to the beach, it would have been nice to know that before we booked. The back deck was ok but we didn’t use it due to the AC fan being so loud and right off the deck. The view of the dunes and ocean were nice form the front 2nd story balcony.

Family get away

Although the weather was iffy....we knew that before we decided on this time of year. Mother Nature always wins! BUT there was a day that we throughly enjoyed the beach!!! Thank you!

Great place to stay right on the beach. It was clean, easy to get to, and we enjoyed it. The only issue we had was the dryer/washer but it was addressed quickly. We wish there was a slicker/shower outside to wash sand off before going inside but we would used water buckets to remove as much as possible. Would stay again

Perfect location on Tybee Island

While this property could use some serious updating, it was comfortable for four adults. Its location was also perfect to the beach and local attractions. While the unit has guest parking, the beach entrance is also available to other beach goers where constant car and foot traffic occurs at all hours. While pet friendly, there is limited space for them outside.

Close to the beach

The best part of this place is the location. It’s a little on the small side but is cute. There was a little bit of a pest issue which was communicated to the host. Overall, it was a great stay!

Nice property

Very nice spot for two couples, or even a small family of 4. Property was clean and the location was perfect. There’s beach access right outside your front door. Would stay again.

First Time on Tybee

The location to the beach is perfect. House could use some updates, dryer doesn’t dry towels so if you want to do laundry dry in smaller loads, and the silverware was only service for 4. You will need to bring ALL things for cooking if you want to cook at home . Pots and pans are provided. We did use the grill out back a few times and it worked perfectly. Jacuzzi in the master takes up a lot of unused space and was not utilized by us. Outdoors of property definitely needs some care, especially in the back yard. Inside of property was clean. Parking for two vehicles was perfect. I did email the property manager a few times and heard back immediately and had any questions answered.

Our stay was a spur of the moment decision. The condo inside was clean, organized and nice. The outside of the units all together is not very appealing. I understand the other units are ran by a different company. The location is prime and why we chose this unit. We did have to reach out to property management and they got back to us immediately. I would stay here again.

Great location!

Steps from the beach. The location is amazing. Quiet area. Great duplex. Very Clean. Had a small issue with the key when I showed up but the rental staff quickly rectified. Would definitely stay here again.

2nd Ave vs 2nd Street

Had a difficult time finding the rental as we turned onto 2nd ave vs 2nd street. When we called the office as we were lost, they were very helpful in explaining what we did wrong. Had a wonderful time and loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the ocean.!! We would definitely come again!

For true beach lovers....

The proximity to the beach can’t be beat! We were lucky to have beach weather everyday of our stay and this place was ideal for that! With a one year old along (so many toys and accessories!) a longer walk to the beach and back home again would have been brutal. This was ideal. The place is clean and comfy and when we called because the grill wouldn’t start they sent a nice guy with a full propane tank that morning. Very nice!

Much needed get away

The best part was having a view from each of the three outdoor spaces. I believe my Undercover favorite feature was having a washer and dryer in the house and not to mention just a few steps to the beach, no car required.
