We noticed a handful of maintenance and cleanliness items that need attention. I’m passing these along in a friendly spirit, simply to be helpful. • Grill condition: The grill was dirty on arrival. It took about 45 minutes to clean. • Grill lid: Lid fell off during cooking. • Grill temperature: The grill never rose above 350. • Patio condition: The patio was dirty and the furniture was in disarray. I swept the area and rearranged the furniture so it looked welcoming again. • Suggestion: An ash tray on the patio would be a useful addition. • Microwave: The overhead lamp (the one that lights the stovetop) is out. There is a loud screeching sound using the microwave. • Sink cabinet: The left cabinet door under the kitchen sink was loose and hanging at an angle. I repaired it so it now sits properly. • Lake‑facing windows and patio door: Dirty and could use a thorough cleaning. • Toilet: The toilet could use a deeper cleaning. • Suggestion: A toilet brush would be helpful. • Dining room fixture: The bulbs above the dining table are mismatched. When dimmed, two bulbs turn off completely, others dim normally. • We had significant difficulty getting the TV and internet service to work. • A maintenance person came and temporarily resolved the issue, but the next morning the TV was not functioning again. •A brief explanation of the system would have been very helpful, as the setup is not intuitive.
