The lady on reception on arrival was abrupt. When we booked, we asked to all be located on the same floor this did not happen. No soap in the bathroom.

Wrong bedding configuration had to wait over an hour after arrival after 3 visits to reception for separate beds. Nearly missed dinner, as I rang concierge to book for 5:30pm, she said not to book and just show up. Restaurant was so busy, i had to share a table with some other family, who I didn't know.

Happy Days at Mantra

Enjoyed the closeness to our party place and the cafes and shops for meals. Bed was far to big so the room was squishy. Had to move desk so I could get around bed to my side. Everything else was great.
