Roman Quadrilateral X4 Full Center

Renovated apartment X4 people in period building in the Quadrilatero Romano area. The building is located in the heart of the city and it is therefore possible to reach all the main points of interest in a few minutes on foot or by public transport.
In the area you can find all the comforts and services needed for your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and bars.

The accommodation
The 50 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a period building in the center of the Quadrilatero Romano area (ZTL area).
Newly renovated and well organized, the interior is organized as follows:
LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed, 58 '' 4k TV, dining table, split A / C.
BEDROOM: loft with double bed and comfortable chest of drawers.
KITCHEN: kitchenette with induction hob 2 burners, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, moka and kettle.
BATHROOM: shower, bidet, wc and washer / dryer.
OTHER SERVICES: independent heating, unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothes stand and hairdryer.

IMPORTANT:
It is not possible to stay with children under the age of 7 for security reasons related to the staircase to reach the loft bedroom.

Guest Access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT THE LUGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND PICK THE KEYS FROM 11 AM, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU FINISH THE CLEANING.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late check-out if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11am on the day of check-out, in case there are no other incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

Other things to highlight
At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:

In the center of Torino

The location is absolutely fine. The major problem we faced was that kitchen ustensiles were all, non-usables and when we asked the company to change it (which is an anonymous place without any possibility to interact directly) we were asked to send a picture, that we did. We never received any answers. It is a pity as the stay would have been wonderful without this problem. To fix them would require a minimum of investment and would make the stay and feeling much better!
