The people serving us were very friendly and helpful with our wishes, like allowing us to check out an hour later than normal so we didn't have to sit at the airport. The breakfasts were good and our room was cleaned while we were out shopping. Very pleased with our stay.

The only issue we had is that the hairdryer started melting and ended up throwing black liquid onto my neck and my hand which resulted in burns. Other than that, everything was good.

The mattress on the sofa sleeper was so thin it went through the frame. You could feel every piece of it poking your back to the point of pain making it impossible to sleep. I spoke with the general manager and he reimbursed an air mattress I had to buy so my teen could sleep somewhere besides the floor. Also the bedding we got for the sofa sleeper had holes on the sheets and the blanket. When we asked for new bedding, the new ones also came with holes. The other 2 beds were fine and the breakfast was yummy. I think they should replace the sofa sleepers and beddings.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel to be honest. Often discounted rates and properties in the Tucson area can be really awful, neglected and somewhat sketchy. This hotel is very clean, the room spotless and the bed extremely comfortable and the front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. I would share that the hotel could definitely use some repair work and replacement of dated and worn out carpeting as well as fixtures and the elevator is a bit clunky. All in all we will certainly book with this property again in the future.
