Talked to Jerry Thielmann, I apologized for not having the room type reserved when he checked in, and for that reason we did not charged him for that night. Offered to move to Jr suite, Mr. Thielmann did not wanted to move. Adjusted the rate to a regular king bed for the second night.. Mr. Thielmann is a Hilton honors member and requested benefits for being a member, explained 3rd party booking are no eligible. Guest did pay cash at check out.

We liked the shape of the pool. Did not like the attitude of staff when asked for directions, staff simply pointed in general direction nothing said. Registration person was very condescending. Additional room charges were simply added to room because thta was the room number given, no verification process. Beds were very lumpy.

The fact that after I spend $100 a night to stay at hotel you can't give me a SMALL water without trying to charge me $2.50? That I found ridiculous but everything else was nice. Maybe offer a continental breakfast then the $11/per person breakfast? NO one wants to pay $11 when all they want is cereal and some coffee and juice.

They were cleaning the pool at the worst time and locked it so we couldn’t get in. Wasted an hour of prime time sun, especially coming from Minnesota in March

Hotel was nice but I was very surprised to find out they didn’t have complimentary coffee. All of my past Hilton stay have always had free coffee.
