Marriott St. Louis Grand
"Fire alarm went off way too many times which did not make for a good nights rest. There were five staff standing behind the customer service desk talking while my friend and I were waiting for five minutes for a bellhop to come so they could hold our luggage. It was the classic ‘not my job’. A woman who was not behind the front desk nor bellhop finally came and helped us out."
