This was our second visit, knowing that our large family would once again enjoy all that this Southern Indiana cabin has to offer!The cabin was clean; tidy; well-stocked with needed kitchen, bedroom, and bath items; and completely ready to go for our family's stay.It is located on a quiet country road that delivered tranquility and the opportunity for our grandchildren to explore the woods, creek, and area in general, and experience the beauty of nature.Holiday World and Santa Claus, Indiana, are just a short 17-minute drive away, and other day trip destinations - lakes, caves, lovely small towns, historical sites, hiking trails and forests, and so on - are not much farther.And the owner, Emily, is incredibly responsive to all communications.We look forward to returning many times in the coming years!

Perfect for large family vacation!

Had everything we needed with 9 kids and grandma :) Great quality from bedding to tissue paper. Loved the labeling everywhere. Shower dispensers were a convenient bonus. Perfectly convenient for 3 day trips to Holiday World.

Family Trip to Holiday World

The house was perfect for our family! This was our first vacation sharing a large house. The kids loved it! Their parents loved it! Their grandparents loved it! There were enough bedrooms for all of us. The basement was amazing. Everything we needed was there! Thanks again for a wonderful trip!

Family Trip to Holiday World

Gamma and Baba took daughters and families to Holiday World for a full day of fun 6:9. Our stay here was fabulous! They have included every amenity for littles to adults! Great place for family fun out in the middle of nowhere! The best part? EVERY bed is so comfortable! After a long day at the park, warm showers and comfy beds were so welcome! We would DEFINITELY come back here for another family trip to Holiday World!

Wonderful cabin in the woods

We loved this cabin! It was beautiful! It was kept up very well and was very clean. It felt luxurious! Our hostess left us gifts that made us feel very welcome. We loved building a fore and roasting marshmallows for S'mores!

Wonderful family getaway

Our family absolutely loved our Holiday World getaway! The cabin was perfect for our large family with small kids. We spent the days at Holiday World and evenings around the fire making s'mores. The grandkids loved the bunk bed room! Perfect for their cousins "sleepovers'

Great space for fun!

The spacious cabin was very clean. The owners are very accommodating and thoughtful for young families with sound machines, crib, changing table, and outlet covers provided. Loved the games, books, and movie selection for all ages. Good location for Holiday World too.

Wonderful getaway!

We loved sharing this cabin with a large group of friends for a weekend getaway and to visit Holiday World. We had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The owners thought of lots of details around the house with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our time together. We hope to be back!

Family reunion

Four families converged here … from Pittsburgh, DC, Seattle. Fabulous layout allows great family interactions. Wonderful beds. Beautiful knotty pine walls and ceilings. Fire pit was so fun … even in July! Everyone loved the place!!!!

Awesome Stay In A Wonderful Cabin’

Three generations of our family were fortunate to spend three days and two nights in this wonderful cabin. The property is secluded while also providing exploration experiences for our grandchildren. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, including a lovely welcome basket and note. This is a sizable cabin that easily accommodated six adults and six children, including one toddler, and one infant. The cabin is uncluttered, while at the same time, providing plenty of beds, comfortable seating, dining and bonfire, chairs, etc.

Awesome Secluded Cabin in the Woods

Wonderful property with lots of room. Clean. Comfortable Very kid friendly with safety gates at top and bottom of stairs, high chair, crib, changing table, and lots of games !! Foosball, air hockey , table tennis, outdoor fire pit ! Very nice place. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Cabin, Great Location

Our family of 16 enjoyed our stay at Hollow Creek Cabin. The location was perfect for our weekend trip to Holiday World. It was easy to find, checking in and out was a breeze, and the owner was quick to respond. The pictures do not do it justice, as this home is gorgeous and has everything you need! Everyone enjoyed the game tables in the bonus room area. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. We would love to come back and stay longer so we can enjoy making smores by the outdoor fire. We highly recommend this home and look forward to returning!

Perfect Location!

We stayed here to attend a wedding at Matilda's Wedding Barn. The location was perfect & easy to find. Cabin is also close to Holiday World, Tell City & Jasper! Very clean, plenty of space! Basement was perfect for the family to hang out in! We had a fire with the firewood provided! It was a fun stay!

An Amazing Cabin In The Woods!

The beautiful cabin is nestled in the woods, and provides a private and serene location. The cabin actually feels more like a resort, since Emily has paid attention to numerous details. Our family enjoyed walks, the lower level game room, sitting around the camp fire, morning coffee on the porch, near by attractions( Holiday World, The Blue Heron Winery, Lincoln State Park, and The Louisville Slugger Factory and Museum ). We made numerous family memories during our week, and highly recommend this cabin experience.

Beautiful home for family gathering
