The staff support was lacking. Especially, guest service wouldn’t help us when we notified that the people next door were smoking. Our room shared a door with the neighboring room and the pungent cigarette smoke came from under it. I had to go to the front desk at 9:30pm, complain about the smell and request someone to be sent to stop smoking. The hotel didn’t do anything to correct this inconvenience except to offer us another room that late in the night when our kids were sleeping.
