Rip off

Looking for a hotel with a Jacuzzi tub and yes there was one there. However walking into the room it had a very loud stinky smell. We cleaned and disinfected everything and got clean linen. We got ready to turn on the jacuzzi and it did not work. If you look at the rates you have to pay extra money for the jacuzzi room. We asked to be moved or compensated and the desk clerk stated that was not an issue. Printed us a zero balance receipt and said that we would be refunded. Not the case. They denied everything to Travelocity and we did not get compensated. Don't stay there.

Call for correct address to enter into GPS

Pros: Availability
Cons: Communicate the "alternate" address with a CONSPICUOUS flag or note informing guests who are using GPS to find you
The hotel itself is nice enough and clean but apparently the address on 59 Loop that is listed as the hotel's address takes you 20 minutes outside of town and if you drive around a little longer looking for the Hampton Inn north of Livingston before calling hotel, you can waste 45 minutes or more of your time. When I did call the hotel and ask what their actual address is, the clerk was very nice but asked me if I was looking on GPS and if so, to enter a completely different address on Commerce St in Livingston.
