Perfect location in Johnson City. The room was filthy. The floors in the room and bathroom had visible debris, rocks, and dirt. The shower had hair in it. :( I've never stayed anywhere this dirty.

I requested an accessible room. The room smelled really bad; beds were worn out and very uncomfortable. Accessible shower had no water barrier and so on taking a shower the whole bathroom got wet. We just needed a place to rest at night during our long trip, but we got no rest at all. Breakfast was waffles, juice, toast, butter & jelly and cereal. Jenna, the front desk receptionist, was sweet and tried all she could to help us, but employees cannot do much when the property itself is not taken care of. I will book this place again.

Very clean, staff was super helpful, it appeared they were doing renovations to spruce it up. It was a good value for a 1 night stay.

I personally will not stay here again

The whole facility was very run down and just not up to date. For the 2 nights i stayed, i kept hearing a couple argue so loud as if theyvwere next door to my room. It wasnt comfortable and I didnt feel so safe. The front desk was nice enough.
