C'est GENIAL !C'est simple : nous comptons revenir, mais pour plus longtemps la prochaine fois ! Nous espérons seulement qu'il y aura des disponibilités, car c'est vraiment une petite pépite...Accès à la superbe plage rapidement à pied.Maison spacieuse pour nous 7, avec tout le confort... Tout y est pour passer un séjour sans prise de tête (Déjà : le linge de lit et les serviettes sont compris :) . La cuisine est équipée avec tout le matériel qui va bien et qui est réellement fonctionnels, les plus : frigo avec partie congélateur - le lave-vaisselle - four - four à micro-ondes - cafetière - bouilloire - grille pain/ buanderie coin lave linge et séchoir intérieur et séchoir extérieur / chambres très spacieuses avec espace proposant livres et jeux de sociétés/ espace-local sécurisé pour rangement matériels vélos, porte vélos et canoës / table de jardin avec chaises (non utilisé car mauvais temps durant notre séjour:) )Merci à Laurence pour nous permettre de profiter de ce bien exceptionnel !A très bientôt

Tout a fait adapté a notre désir d'une maison confortable pour se reposer des journées de régates

Moyennement agréable

Maison bien placée, environnement agréable très proche de la plage. En revanche, la maison est vieillotte et froide en periode hivernale. Heureusement, qu'il y a une cheminée. Nous avons été déçus en arrivant, les lits n'etaient pas fait et le chauffage a été mis trop tard avant notre arrivée, nous sommes arrivés dans une maison froide. La propriétaire à fait le nécessaire pour nous apporter des solutions. Je pense qu'en période hivernale, ses points là sont à améliorer.

Séjour très sympa

La maison est un peu vieillotte, pas très propre à notre arrivée et nous avons eu du mal à chauffer le resto de chaussée : ce sont les seuls points négatifs. Cependant, elle est grande,fonctionnelle et idéalement située. La propriétaire et son amie sur place sont agréables et très disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Nous étions en famille, la maison est parfaitement adaptée, tous le nécessaire y est et le grand plus et la véranda!!! En plus nous ne sommes pas loin de là merci c’etq Génial! Merci pour ce beau séjour!

Excellent séjour

Location conforme à la description et idéalement située près de la mer et de la magnifique plage de Trestel. Endroit calme, verdoyant et très agréable. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. La maison spacieuse est correctement aménagée et nous a servi d'hébergement lors de randonnées de Tréguier à Lannion pendant la semaine. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire et du service de conciergerie très à l'écoute. Nous recommandons ce lieu. Marie F
