The house was really nice. No issues there.We did not realize how far away the dock was. It was long walk and the neighbors didn't seem to love us swimming and hanging out there. We won't be back for that reason.

Relaxing house in quiet neighborhood

Knot on Call is a very comfortable, relaxing, & clean house in a quiet neighborhood on Long Lake. We enjoyed watching the black squirrels & rabbits in the yard. Easy walk to the lake.

very disappointed

My friends and I all in our 70's, arrived on 1/16/25 to the property. The driveway was not plowed out. the driveway is on a steep incline. we parked as far as we could at the top and engaged the parking brake. we all got out and unloaded the Ram 1500 truck. we went in the house. I left my coat in the back seat, so I went out to get it. I opened the back door to get my coat, and the truck started sliding down the driveway. the force of the truck moving threw me into the snowbank and continued down the driveway. at the bottom of the driveway is a stump about 2 ft. Tall. the truck door hit the stump and buckled the back door and jammed the front door. this was all on the passenger side. I reported this to the property Manages (Beth and Keegan) who got in touch with the property owners who then allowed us to have the code to the garage. they later came and plowed the driveway and salted about 8;30 that eve. I reported the problem to the owner after a struggle getting the info. I submitted a property damage claim to their Insurance and was told they weren't liable because they had had the driveway plowed the day before. It should have been plowed that day before we arrived. I'm currently obtaining a lawyer to sue. I had to submit a claim to my insurance to cover fixing my truck. I had to pay my deductible and my rates will increase. I sent pictures of the driveway and the damage to their insurance co. they said they are not liable. I would not recommend this place.

One of the best!

We stayed here for our annual girls’ weekend in Traverse City and had an excellent time. The accommodations were a huge part of that! We each had our own space, but could be together in very comfortable surroundings. Any questions or concerns were addressed thoroughly and promptly by Beth and Keegan

Our stay was 4 nts with 6 people. The accommodations were perfect in every way. It was close enough to everything and far away enough to feel you were on vacation. The premises were spotless and we wanted for nothing.

Nice home with all the amenities

We enjoyed this home a lot. Very clean, nice layout and the home was among the best we have experienced as far as having everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertainment purposes. Only wish we had more time there to enjoy things like the nice outdoor space and firepit. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful nature setting. Short drive to Traverse City shopping and tourist areas.

A Perfect Place to Stay for a Traverse City Getaway!

The size, location and amenities of this property were spot-on for our family of 6 (kids ranging 15-almost 19). Everyone had their own space and there was also space for us to come together for meals - inside and outside. The house feels secluded, but you are not too far from Traverse City and nearby towns.

Spacious, clean and well stocked!

This house is the perfect get away. Host is very nice and responds quickly. House is very clean and well stocked. The TV area was so cozy to lounge and relax. Highly recommend. Would love to come back in the summer!

Perfect 3 Couples Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this 3-plus bedroom home, with our two adult daughters and their husbands. Bedrooms are set up for privacy, and beds were all comfortable. We appreciated the extras, like coffee for the Keurig, and a few local snacks to get us started. Honestly, all 6 of us were pleased with the stay, and hope to return again next fall. Long Lake is beautiful!! and we were able to enjoy boat rides, even though it was chilly, since it was mostly sunny during our October stay. Great house which we highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home tucked away in the woods, 15 minutes from Traverse City. Probably the most well stocked rental I’ve ever stayed at. Had everything from a pack and play to a soda stream. Basement is super cozy and great entertainment. Nice private backyard. Only thing missing from the house that would have been nice is a hot tub on the patio

Fantastic in Traverse City

Probably one of the best stocked properties we have stayed in. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds and everything we needed and more! Quick walk to the shared lake access and there was also a playground/park area in the neighborhood. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Family Fun!

A lovely home that was well kept. The kitchen was fantastic and very well appointed with everything you could possibly want. The deck and the grill made outdoor fun easy as did the fire pit! Plenty of room for all in a nice location on a beautiful Long Lake. Lake access is about a 10 minute walk. There are parks nearby if you want a day on the water. Hosts were very responsive.

Wonderful property between Traverse City and Interlochen!

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Interlochen, and we had a great experience! House was immaculate, hosts were wonderful, and location was perfect. Highly recommend!
