"PARKER PLACE" Southern Leelanau county, 10 minutes from down town Traverse city

Newly Remodeled ranch home in a private setting. Clean comfortable and just 10 minutes from Traverse City. Wineries, boat launches, Sleeping Bear national lakes shore, South end TIKI bar and Timberlee Hills are all just minutes away. Parker Place is located on a private dirt road near the south end of Lake Leelanau and is surrounded by wooded wet lands. (This house is not waterfront and doesn't come with lake access. there is not public access to Lake Leelanau within walking distance.) It is a quiet natural setting and our guests have enjoyed watching the birds, rabbits Turtles and occasional raccoon. There is an outdoor table and umbrella in the grilling /fire pit area and we provide the campfire wood and gas for the grill. We keep the house fully stocked with plenty of towels, paper products and many extras. There are only two properties beyond this rental; one of them is mine and the other is a seasonal home so you can expect privacy and very little traffic. Parker Place was beautiful! Plenty of room, gorgeous home and yard, every detail was lovely. We really enjoyed looking at all the art from local artists, and the welcome basket of snacks and everything we needed for s’mores was such a nice touch. We would highly recommend Parker Place!

Excellent July 4th weekend stay

The house was very clean and very accommodating with a lot of great weekend activities available such as a bonfire, grill and corn hole. It was a great experience for me and some friends and we got to enjoy a very fun July 4th weekend!
