The overall experience was excellent i would like to add the air-conditioning is very poor its very hot in Townsville having the option to control the air-conditioner would have made the overall experience 10 out of 10

Room is very run down, walls are dirty all over, couch had many stains, coffee table was covered in stains and scratches. No idea how it is 4 stars, the place hasn’t been updated in decades. The room was large, and in a nice location near the beach.

A/C was below Parr !!! Central controlled and not cool enough . . . And it wasn’t even mid summer Tropical Heat !!! Room Service didn’t arrive until 3pm which we can appreciate due to Staff Shortage in the current Employment Climate ! ! ! Bed was very comfortable

Fantastic central location
Excellent location close to cafes, restaurants, playgrounds and waterpark. Lovely views from balcony. Apartment furnishings looking quite worn/stained. No barbecue facilities.

AIR CON IS FIXED TO 26c Stayed here many times and the property ticks all the boxes except for the lack of air-conditioning. The A/C ducted system cannot be adjusted closer than 26c. On arrival into Townsville to was a hot humid night in the high 20's. The a/c worked a little but by morning it was much cooler outside than in. 21c out and 26c inside . I could not sleep due to the heat. Really bad experience.
