Beautiful location
Overall the property and location is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay but there were definitely some disappointments specifically around listing description and communication. When we booked this listing, I communicated that my group of 12 would all be on our motorcycles and we would have a vehicle with a trailer. The host / property manager did not mention that the driveway would ONLY fit 2 vehicles and that there is absolutely nowhere to park nearby. In addition, the property itself is on an incredibly steep hill with no place to turn around. Not a problem for most but again this kind of information in the description or communicated to us when we booked and shared our plans would have been greatly appreciated. The messaging and instructions we received on certain topics was also contradictory in some instances to the printed instructions in the cabin, so it made it confusing. The property manager also made it clear that the house should be made spotless. Our group was very worried about returning blankets, remotes, furniture etc to the exact spot so as to not incur a fee. Finally, the house itself is listed as a 12 person accommodation but thats really not accurate. Maybe with children that would have been okay. For a group of adults it was too cramped (not enough beds unless everyone shared the sleeper and twin beds as well) and the house itself is very loud (creeking stairs, no sound proofing between the floors, etc).
