Cabina con hermosa vista, en 'Peaceful Side of the Smokies'

¡Una cabaña encantadora y hermosa con una verdadera construcción de troncos divididos rústicos con un entorno dulce! Tiene una vista muy hermosa. La cabina está situada en una comunidad de cabañas de troncos, pero no se preocupe, es muy privada. Tiene su propio camino de entrada grande y se encuentra fuera de la carretera, lo que le da mucha paz y tranquilidad. La cabina tiene una gran cubierta cubierta con columpio, área de descanso, dos sillas mecedoras, parrilla de gas y jacuzzi privado.
No puedo describir lo hermosa que es la vista desde aquí!
Dentro de la cabina, encontrará un dormitorio tipo loft con una cómoda cama tamaño king y medio baño, vestidor y armario.
En la planta baja hay una bonita sala de estar con un televisor de pantalla plana de sesenta pulgadas, reproductor de DVD, WIFI gratuito, cable Comcast. La cabina tiene calefacción central y aire acondicionado y está muy bien aislada para el calor en esos días y noches frías en el invierno. Y para mantenerte fresco en esos calurosos días y noches de verano. También hay una chimenea de roca que quema gas.
La cocina está totalmente equipada para cocinar una comida para su ser querido, que incluye un lavaplatos, cocina, microondas, tostadora, refrigerador, cafetera y más.
El baño completo en la planta baja tiene un combo de bañera / ducha y lavadora y secadora. También hay una enorme bañera de hidromasaje para un baño nocturno. También tiene una mesa de billar de tamaño completo.
Windancer está ubicado en una comunidad de cabañas de troncos que le brinda acceso a la piscina de temporada y al pabellón cubierto.
Townsend ofrece muchas cosas maravillosas para hacer. Aquí puede ir a nadar, andar en bicicleta, hacer tubing, pescar, montar a caballo, tomar hermosas fotografías de las impresionantes vistas de las montañas y el río.
Townsend también tiene tiendas de arte y artesanía y varios restaurantes e iglesias excelentes. El lugar para bodas y eventos se encuentra a aproximadamente un octavo de milla de la cabina.
La cabaña está a unos 5-10 minutos del parque nacional Great Smoky Mountain y de la entrada a Cades Cove. Y unos 30 a 40 minutos por las hermosas montañas para llegar a Pigeon.

Breathtaking

The cabin itself was clean with an incredible view! The drive up is intimidating even with 4x4, but the view was worth it! The water pressure isn’t all that great, and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all, but the view and the privacy compensated for those!

Bronco super celebration meet

This property has stunning views, is very clean and so peaceful! The drive up is pretty steep, but once at the top and at the cabin there was plenty of parking for us. I highly recommend booking of you want to be close to Townsend and The national park, yet feel so far away with how quiet and tranquil it is.

Amazing cabin with a secluded mountain view!

The cabin met all of our expectations. It was clean, secluded, and had an incredible mountain view. The location was perfect for exploring the great smokey mountains and the town of Townsend. It was a steep drive to get to the property but we had no trouble in a subaru forester. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Anniversary Getaway

The cabin view was amazing. The cabin had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. We enjoyed the hottub with the cool evenings. Lots of food, coffee shops, and grocery store close by. The only two things we noticed is the bathroom fan may be about to die. It was alternating between loud and normal and the loud was a little intense.The other thing was the beautiful bathtub looked so clean and I was thrilled to have a soak. When we went to fill it up, there was some debris and hair floating the water. It seemed to be coming from the spout. The actual tub looked clean. Honestly, I could have just wiped it out, but I didnt want to bother draining and refilling. No stars lost on either of these items, just mentioning it for awaremness. Would absolutely stay here again. mentioned for awareness. it. adie.

Mountain cabin

Drive up to the cabin was pretty challenging. We were “home” every night before dark because of this. Nice place overall. I would like to stay lower and closer to the river next time. We tried to leave the cabin intact. Seems like the owner has had some problems with renters in the past and her written communication reflects that. Made me a little nervous about leaving things perfectly. Jacuzzi was really nice.

Super cute cabin! Great view! Has close cabins but offers privacy! The owner is very communicative and responsive. The drive way is terrible in the rain and that is the only down fall. We managed though and it felt like the perfect get weekend getaway for me and my husband

Adventurous

Getting to the cabin was an adventure, husband and I was amazed how they even built the cabin there but once you get there it is absolutely AMAZING! The cabin was beautiful and had awesome views. My favorite part of the cabin was the loft where the bedroom was. I don’t sleep very good anymore so I wake up a lot and when I would you could look out the picture window and see the lights from Townsend below. It was breathtaking. We had to cut our trip short due to a problem at home but hopefully we can go back. The Cansler’s were so nice to work with. We just had a great experience 🙂

Little get away

The cabin is very nice, clean and adequately stocked with all we needed for our trip. The view is beautiful! The climb up the mountain to the cabin was a little tough. We have an extra cab long bed truck and some of the turns were sharp and hard to see over the hood of the truck, especially at night.

Peaceful Mountain Cabin

We loved the cabin! It was perfect for our family. When we go to the Smokies we want a cabin with a view, and this one is exceptional! We liked the open concept with the big windows to look out from the loft bedroom. Our son loved the hot tub and jacuzzi. Be prepared the road to the cabin is steep and you’ll need a 4 wheel or all wheel drive. But this is expected to be able to get this kind of view.

Cabin with a view

Cozy one bedroom cabin. Great place for couples. The drive to the cabin is like others have said, it’s steep. The scenery from the back porch is breathtaking. During the day, you can hear a bell chime on every hour from the distance. As far as wildlife, there are a lot of squirrels in this area, and seen a bear on the drive to the cabin. Would I stay there again if the opportunity presents itself? I would stay here before anywhere else. Very peaceful and quiet place.

We loved the location for a nice relaxing weekend. Just a short 30-40 minute drive to Pigeon Forge but far enough away for total peace as well. The cabin is very cute and adorably decorated. It was clean for the most part- biggest thing was some crumbs still in the couch and just needed a good deep clean of some other areas. Hot tub was clean and good! Overall would likely go back again

Picturesque Views

Very clean and comfy! Nestled high in the mountain with a beautiful view. Waking up to a misty Mountain View was awesome! Loved the wrap around porch and hot tub was great for evening soaks after a long hike in the park. Drive up to cabin was a bit steep but not nearly as bad as some had said in review. Just drive slow and no problem. Alice was very responsive and chatting with her was a pleasure!

aSome highlights and not-so-highlights

The Good - A comfortable cabin with a spectacular view of the Smokies and close to Cades Coves. The furniture was nice and comfortable and the area was ((mostly) peaceful and the porch view was wonderful. Hot tub was great. The Not So Good- The place had a chemical smell (extermination?} and I found clumps of dead insects everyday all over, particularly the kitchen and living room. I always wonder whether the things that kill other living things are harming people. The place was surprisingly poorly stocked— no shampoo, no shower soap, no spices, no plastic wrap, etc Lots of folks these days don’t want to go to restaurants every night but this place wasn’t accommodating those travelers very well. Bedroom was very dusty and only partially cleaned. Also, the road up to the place is really poorly engineered. I live in the mountains too and the roads on the sides of the mountains have adequate switchbacks so you’re not driving on 45% angles. Not so here. I worried everyday whether it was going to rain and if my car would get to the top. Thankfully the rain was just at night! I think this place could be a winner with a more bit thought on what travelers are looking for.
