Situated on the top floor of a luxury residential block built in the 1990s, the flat – which comes with a private underground parking space – comprises a living area with an open-plan kitchen and direct access to a small terrace, a bathroom with a bath, and a bedroom with storage space. Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Appartement très agréable et très bien placé.

Appartement au 6eme étage avec terrasse et ascenseur et parking très appréciable. Propre avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, bonne literie. Endroit très calme et pour autant situé proche de tous commerces, métro… impeccable pour visiter Toulouse

La cocina y el fregadero, minúsculos e incómodos. Si hablamos del menaje, muy justito, por no hablar de que para cinco días, tres personas, tuvimos un solo paño de cocina y dos cucharadas de moka para remover café, yogur, mermelada... Lo peor, una lista de obligaciones que cumplir antes de dejar el apartamento si no queríamos un cargo en la tarjeta de crédito, jamás, en los más de 20 años que llevo alquilando en Booking me he encontrado algo así, siempre dejo recogido y fregado antes de irme por decisión propia, nunca porque me lo ordenen."

Cependant, plusieurs petit problème sont à reprendre comme ; -Abattant totalement desserré - les portes des placards dans la chambre , impossible d’ouvrir - tiroir meuble salle de bain cassé - baguette d’angle qui tape pour l’ouverture d’un tiroir dans la cuisine. Le plus gros problème est l’eau chaude! Le débit est très faible. L’agence prévenu ne pouvait rien faire un week end. Un scandale Je vous recommande pas l’appartement du fait de l’ensemble de ces problèmes ."

Castellane "Appartement super bien situé en hypercentre (à proximité de la gare de métro Jean Jaurès idéal pour les activités plus éloignées), et dans une rue calme. Nous n'avons vécu aucun problèmes de bruits, (ni de circulation, ni de voisinage.) La presence d'un garage est juste parfait. L'appartement en lui même est spacieux et bien agencé. Cuisine fonctionnelle, salle de bain avec baignoire, machine a laver le linge, un balcon avec table et chaise et même code wifi. Tout pour se sentir comme chez soi. Il a répondu à toute nos attentes pour ce séjour. Nous avons été accueillis par un des membres de l'agence qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer les modalités de séjours et de départ, et qui s'est montré à l'écoute et disponible. Nous avons passé un agréable moment à Toulouse et y reviendrons avec plaisir."
