Not sure if maintenance came or not because we went out. The shower had great pressure but the water at times came out scalding which I had to quickly move or I would have been burned. Check in took forever, lots of people in line to check in, but only 2 staff helping. Went to the bar to ask for a wine glass to bring to our room but they would not give me !!!"
